Hi everyone.

I have two lists of items. One list of pictures, and one list of words. I'm trying to show in the same trial (a Slide) two of those items, selected from each list, totally random (they are not paired).

I think that this is an issue about nested lists. But I'm not able to accomplish it.

Could someone help me? Is there any example task to see?

Thanks.

Hi Alberto,

It’s indeed a matter of nesting. I’ve created a sample procedure that I’m attaching here. (You’ll need to change the names of the pictures in the StimListPic to pictures you have on file.)

I hope this helps.

Cheers,

Thanks!!! It works perfectly and is exactly what I'm trying to do.

Hi,

I am trying to solve the same problem, and I was very happy to find this thread, but unfortunately my version of e-prime is too old to read the sample procedure attached here.

Is it possible to provide the same sample but in a slightly older version of e-prime ? (my version is: 2.0.10.353)

Or is it possible to obtain more detailed information about how the procedure can by made?

It will be very helpful... and I will be so grateful!

Thanks,

Isabella
