Building on Mac M1

Anyone have success building on native aarch64 & macOS

If so, I would appreciate your builds steps, as I have been at it for quite some time.

I don't know of any existing effort.  Since Linux AArch64 is fairly well supported I would guess it's mostly things like signal contexts to port.

I filed https://github.com/DynamoRIO/dynamorio/issues/5383 to cover this.  If you do make progress please submit a pull request under that issue.
