Hi,
I don't understand if zero subtraction is performed on each well or not: if I look at the terminal I get that subtraction has been performed correctly on plate(s), but looking at ActivityZero.png graphs it happened to have wells in the "Nozero subtracted wells". How is this possible? Are there limitations to the zero normalization, for example negative values can't be obtained?
Thanks in advance,
Sofia

Hi,

not all Biolog plates have a control well; and so Zero subtraction cannot be performed on all of them.

Best,
Marco
