New version 1.7 of Biolog software

Hi,

Biolog has released a new version of their software to export the data in csv-Format(v1.7). The format is completely different from the previous one but easier to be imported. Is there a plan to adapt Ductape or is it already done? I could provide a sample file so you can see the layout.

thanks, I was not aware of that; yes, if you could send a sample file I can see how difficult to implement that would be. I should also probably transition DuctApe to python 3...

thanks for sending the sample files; I think I managed to write a parser for the new format: can you download the current head (here: https://github.com/combogenomics/DuctApe/archive/master.zip) and try it out yourself?
