Dear Developers

In Fig. 4 of your help pages for building a tract specific atlas http://dti-tk.sourceforge.net/pmwiki/pmwiki.php?n=Documentation.TsaAdvanced you show the cortico-spinal tract. "In the bottom image, the stem was cut." It was cut to make it more sheet like. Possibly it was cut so as to be more specific? Also, the ventral parts of the brain are not captured in all participants? Anyway, is a full tract available with brainstem and cerebral peduncles as a medial representation?

Hi Simon,

Indeed, we don't include lower portion of the brain stem because there we can no longer fit the tract with a single sheet without any branching.  So unfortunately, the medial representation you are hoping for is not available.  Sorry about that.
