How to restrict e persons to a collection in DSpace 7.5

Hi Team,

I have created a collection named Project Reports. I wish to restrict and allow only registered people to access the items. I have following queries:

1) How to create e people in DSpace 7.5 (Angular)?

2) How do people register for accessing DSpace?

3) How to authorize registered people to access? I am not receiving any mail for authorization. SMTP server is set.

Hi,

Please see our early documentation on "Learning DSpace" for how to perform various activities in the system. Creating/registering users is documented under "User Management": https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/User+management   That also includes guides on creating groups of people to allow you to manage permissions.  

Most permissions can be managed at the Collection level when Editing a Collection (See documentation on "Assign Roles"): https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/Edit+Collection
