Inactive Account

Hi All,

We are trying to login to our DSpace account but unable to do so as the account has become inactive. This is the issue with all accounts (user and admin).

Please help in fixing the issue.

Hi,

If you are still having this issue, you should be able to create a **new** DSpace Administrator account from the commandline using the "[dspace]/bin/dspace create-administrator" command.  This command can also be used to change the password of an existing admin account (just enter the same email as the existing admin account).

That should allow you to create an admin who is able to access your site again.
