DSpace 8 Hosting related issues

I have successfully installed dspace in an ubuntu 22.04 virtual machine and successfully ran it using apache2 proxy pass method and I am able to run it using the ip address of my vm machine outside the vm environment and I was able to login to the administrator account but when I transfered my ip to a domain name I was able to load the dspace8 page using the domain name but was unable to login to the same administrator account because it is now showing the details are wrong.
When I access the same credentials on the ip address I can log in but when I enter those credentials in domain website it shows wrong credentials
