New Request a Copy options

Hi,

If the 'combined multiple strategy' setup is employed using DSpace 7.6, how do administrators see the request status? We have people requesting a copy of items and send the request to the author. Sometimes we will get the same request multiple times and we aren't sure if the original submitter responded to the request.
