Automatic fill of citation field

Hi there,

After a recent server upgrade from CentOS 6 to Ubuntu 20, a DSpace 5.5 installation no longer creates and saves automatically the citation field (dc.identifier.citation) and I cannot find any updated documentaion nor someone with automatic citation field issues/instructions so I can start looking around.

During the upgrade, the webapps folder, dspace installation folder and DB where untouched, after the process everything worked like a charm but recently our users noticed that the field was not being populated.

Does anybody can point me out something to look for? Any config page? Any missing class?
