How to add SSL and fix the error 500

I have installed the Dspace 8 frontend and backend in the same Ubuntu 22.04.5 server, but the error 500 in the frontend in browsing outside the server, and also can browsing backend outside the server. I have applied the SSL form SSL certificate company, that have the crt file send to us. Also, I have use the DNS address in server.
I have try to install Nginx and edited the dspace_ui.conf file (/etc/nginx/conf.d/dspace_ui.conf), but cannot work, how to add SSL and fix the error 500 problem?
