Dsapce 6.3 redirects to :8443/rest

Hello,

My dsapce server is live and not on localhost, 

When I enter "https://url", it opens normally but,

When I enter "https://url/rest"  it automatically redirects to "https://url:8443/rest" and shows "This site can't be reached."

Any advice/solution ?
