Hi DSpace Tech Support,

Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. We're on JSPUI x6.3 and have encountered an error when a user tries to create a top-level community. While there are no issues opened for this error, I did find a thread which mirrors the error we encounter here [Create Top_level Community: Internal System Error]

Is there a resolution for this issue or does anyone have an idea what might be going wrong? Below I have attached 2 error messages we receive when the user clicks the create button on the "Create Community Menu". Thank you for reading.

Take Care,
Rachel

Hi DSpace Tech Support,

Bumping this topic because we're blocked on this functionality. We have tried to revert customized code, test with different user roles, re-ran the UUID tool which is used from migrating stats in JSPUI x5 to x6. I checked the DB, our UUID show up as they should so I don't think it's the database. Any suggestions for debugging would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading everyone.

Take Care,
Rachel
