Dear DSpace Community,

I installed DSpace 8.0 on Ubuntu in VirtualBox (hosted on my Windows machine) a few weeks ago. Recently, when I tried accessing it through `localhost:4000`, it didn't respond.

Could you please assist me in troubleshooting this issue?
