Shibboleth Metadata has no Certificate

I'm trying implement Shibboleth authentication on our DSpace 7.6, using Google as the iDp.

I've got shibd running on Ubuntu 22.04, but when I download the Server Metadata, I'm not getting a SP certificate (attached Metadata file).

I'm assuming that this a configuration issue, but the Shibboleth documentation doesn't seem to be helpful on this point.
