Unable to see DSpace_CRIS_7_statistics

Dear All,
I just installed DSpace-CRIS 7.5 over Ubuntu LTS version on localost.Everything going smoothly.However Iam not able to see the statistics report for both Regions and cities though I can see other reports.
To solve this problem
1.I was copying the file GeoLite2-City.mmdb to var/lib/GeoIP/GeoLite2-City.mmdb
2.Editing local.cfg file located on the source directory
# GeoIP dbfile configuration for usage statistics
usage-statistics.dbfile=/var/lib/GeoIP/GeoLite2-City.mmdb
3.Making Redeployment
4.Given the ownership for tomcat and restarting tomcat
How ever Iam not able to see statistical reports for both regions and cities.(No data available)
Iam happy if any one can provide some hints over this.
