Dear DSpace Colleagues,

I am getting the following error when trying to import stats on DSpace 8.0 from DSpace ver 7.6
firstly I run the following lines
[dspace]/bin/dspace solr-export-statistics -i authority
[dspace]/bin/dspace solr-export-statistics -i statistics
on 7.6 and copied solr-export to dspace 8.0 then run import stat as follows :

dspace@wiredspace:~/install/dspace8.0/bin$ ./dspace solr-import-statistics -i statistics

I would check the logs of the Solr instance used for your DSpace 8.0
instance, to see why it is failing to open new searchers on the
'statistics' core.

I would double-check that. The log that you provided suggests to me
that it was written by Solr 8.7 configured as for Solr 9.0.

Hi Mark and DSpace Colleagues,

I will down grade SOLR to version 8.11.1 since it is working well on DEV site, will communicate the outcomes once completed.

Regards,
Lewatle
