Hi Bryan,
In your local.cfg file (or dspace.cfg), the Handle prefix is configured with:
handle.canonical.prefix
Note that changing this configuration parameter will not change any existing dc.identifier.uri metadata (where the Handle is stored). It would only apply to newly archived items.
The OAI bitstream URL prefix can be configured with:
oai.bitstream.baseUrl
When changing this parameter, you will need to run “dspace oai import -c” to re-create the stored XML used by OAI when applying crosswalks.
After that, make sure you run “dspace oai clean-cache” to make sure you don’t get any stale data from before.
As for when you say “The URLs in DB are HTTPS” I’m not sure what might be going there, unless maybe you have a crosswalk rule that is changing them.
