Submission page error

Good morning everyone!

Server updated automatically. The next day, I saw that my submission was lost on the page and goes archived. When I clicked on the date of issue, the author and the title, I received an error then mentioned the image below

Good morning,

could you please send your screenshot in an image format not as .docx-file? Or give us more detailed information, like DSpace version, UI, etc.
