How to add second group ldap in dspace 7.5?

Hello dear Dspace community! We were finally able to enable LDAP authorization for university staff. Now we want university students to log in via LDAP as well. I wanted to ask how can I enable a second LDAP group for students?

Hi,

You can map multiple LDAP groups to DSpace groups by simply using the "authentication-ldap.login.groupmap" setting as described in our LDAP configuration docs at https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/Authentication+Plugins#AuthenticationPlugins-ConfiguringLDAPAuthentication

So, just add a new configuration to map that second group to a different DSpace Group.  Then use that DSpace Group to set the appropriate permissions
