Loading Recent Submission problem

Dear All,

Please i have install dspace 7.4 ,am able to upload and download, however am not able to see recent submission at the home page "loading recent submissions". please attached is a screenshot of the problem

In order to debug issues in the User Interface, you should follow our Troubleshooting guide to locate the error.  The error may be in either the user interface (in your browser's DevTools) or in the backend logs.
