Problems with dspace

In recent days we had to turn off the server where our dspace is hosted and when we turn it on again it does not work, I turn on aoache, turn on tomcat but the xmlui and jspui resources are not accessible, who can help me please

In what specific way does it not work?

Can your browser connect to that host and port at all?

When you browse to it, do you get a broken page? and empty page? an
error page? is the error from DSpace, Tomcat, or Apache HTTPD?

Are there significant errors or warnings in the DSpace log? the Tomcat
logs? the HTTPD logs?
