Is there a way to preview UI changes without having to recompile the entire environment?

If the change is in JSP, XML, HTML in the destination directory of Dspace, you usually do not need to recompile, sometimes just restart Tomcat.

Unlike changes made to the source directory, it needs to be recompiled for it to take changes to the destination directory.
