Hi!

I just ran "yarn run build:prod" on [DSpace-frontend]. I am receiving this error. What seems to be causing it? Thanks!

Here's our guide for finding the underlying error messages whenever you encounter a User Interface error: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Troubleshoot+an+error#Troubleshootanerror-DSpace7.x(orabove)

For security reasons, User Interface displayed errors are very generic.  This means it's impossible to debug an error without locating the underlying error message in the User Interface and/or backend logs.  See that troubleshooting guide for how to do so.

Once you've found the underlying error message, if it doesn't make sense you can send it to this list for help.  You may also want to check the list of common installation issues at https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/Installing+DSpace#InstallingDSpace-CommonInstallationIssues

make sure the solr server is running/working as expected. In my case that was the problem.

Thanks Chalew. It is true, the problem is solr. I've got this error, http://localhost.es:8983/solr/search: undefined field search.resourcetype, but I can't solve it

at step 13. [Copy Solr cores:  DSpace installation creates a set of four empty Solr cores already configured. ] of the installation, make sure that the folder   [dspace]/solr/search,   [dspace]/solr/authority, [dspace]/solr/oai,   [dspace]/solr/statistics contains a configuration file. In some cases(don't the reason) becomes empty. If that is the case copy content from the dspace source [dspacesrc] directory
