Hi Sarah,

DSpace doesn't have a formal VPAT, but we do strive to align with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility as much as possible (keep in mind we cannot promise full alignment as to achieve that the content added in your DSpace would also need to align with WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines).  That said, we had an external party (Deque) do a full accessibility review of v7 last year, and while there were some issues found, most of the DSpace application aligns well.  We are still working through the remaining issues (which can be found by the "accessibility" label in our ticketing system: https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3Aaccessibility).

DSpace 7 doesn't currently have a GDPR "statement", but we align with GDPR regulations.  We are working on a default "Privacy Statement" which would likely meet this need in this ticket https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/issues/1080  There is a sample privacy statement shared by the DSpaceDirect team on that ticket at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1QSB2cyUDagM_GnupxmLureTGAVNjYXGjdErh3tx0Yq4/edit which could be borrowed by others as a possible starting point.

I hope that helps, but let us know if you have more questions.  I should also clarify that I would *welcome* anyone to help us write a draft/template VPAT for DSpace (or a GDPR Statement).  Both of these could be very useful to share among users in our community.  I just don't have resources/expertise in these areas to draw from, so (at least at this time) it'd require some volunteer support to make happen.
