AIP queries

Dear All,

Suppose I do an AIP backup of a top level community and restore it on a BLANK DSpace 6.3 install. Suppose that the user who submitted the items on the original DSpace does not exist on the new blank DSpace 6.3. In the blank DSpace 6.3 I only have an administrative user. Who will be the submitter show as,in the new DSpace install?

2nd query. Will back up and restore on an empty Dspace cause "holes" /fragmentation in the Postgres Database?
