[Error 7.6] when adding an Item

When we try to add an item, it is added (when we look in the database), but when we look at the collection to which it was linked, it does not appear. It may be that the Item is awaiting confirmation on another screen, but if so, we don't think so. Below is the screen where we added the item (Figure 1).

The item appears registered in the database, but the owning_collection field is null (Figure 2)
