Accessing through domain name

After my error which i explianed a couple of days ago which i couldnt find any solution i reverted back and removed the ssl to narrow down the error. Now ky problem is when i put the ip, in theconfig, local and the json file the application opens, but if i put the domain name the application doesnt open how can i access it with the domain name? The error is "can't reach this page refused to connect." err connection refused. Any help?
