Can't get Most Viewed, Most Downloaded times in Dspace-CRIS-5.10

Hello,

I'm using  Dspace-CRIS-5.10 , and I found a strange problem, at the home page, Most Viewed, Most Downloaded times component always be 0.

I can’t find any error either in dspace.log or solr.log .

Could someone give me any advice?

I have tried this method run script "view-and-download-retrieve"

$BINDIR/dspace dsrun org.dspace.app.cris.batch.ScriptStatsMetrics -s ItemStatsViewIndicatorsPlugin
$BINDIR/dspace dsrun org.dspace.app.cris.batch.ScriptStatsMetrics -s RPStatsViewIndicatorsPlugin
$BINDIR/dspace dsrun org.dspace.app.cris.batch.ScriptStatsMetrics -s OUStatsViewIndicatorsPlugin
$BINDIR/dspace dsrun org.dspace.app.cris.batch.ScriptStatsMetrics -s PJStatsViewIndicatorsPlugin

 

However, Most Viewed and Most Downloaded count are 0..... I don't know how to solve the problem…
