Submission forms: regex and input-type qualdrop-value

Hi all,

we want to add a relation form field that uses a qualdrop_value to define the type of relation and the free text field for the related item via DOI.

When I add the <regex> element to check for a valid DOI, it checks both fields and complains since the qualdrop_values doesn't contain a DOI.

Is it possible to solely link the <regex> element to the free text field or to ignore dropdown/qualdrop fields for regex-checks?

Hi Mirko,

This sounds like a possible bug.  I'd recommend reporting it to our ticketing system at https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/issues along with detailed instructions on how to reproduce this issue (e.g. an example of a configuration which causes this problem).   I can then look for a volunteer to help analyze this and see if we can find a quick fix / solution.
