Some of the earlier messages pointed to some circular reference to dspace.dir, details below:

  10:30:48.602 [main] ERROR org.springframework.boot.SpringApplication - Application run failed java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Circular placeholder reference 'dspace.dir' in property definitions at org.springframework.util.PropertyPlaceholderHelper.parseStringValue(PropertyPlaceholderHelper.java:147) ~[spring-core-5.3.39.jar:5.3.39] at org.springframework.util.PropertyPlaceholderHelper.parseStringValue(PropertyPlaceholderHelper.java:168) ~[spring-core-5.3.39.jar:5.3.39] at org.springframework.util.PropertyPlaceholderHelper.replacePlaceholders(PropertyPlaceholderHelper.java:126) ~[spring-core-5.3.39.jar:5.3.39] at org.springframework.core.env.AbstractPropertyResolver.doResolvePlaceholders(AbstractPropertyResolver.java:239) ~[spring-core-5.3.39.jar:5.3.39]

Please advise on getting these resolved.
