Hi Sooraj,
I'm not able to reproduce this issue on our Demo site (running DSpace 7.6.x) at
https://demo.dspace.org/home I've tried the following:
1. Login as an admin
2. Create a new Submission
3. Upload at least on file (bitstream)
4. Click "Save for Later"
5. Back on MyDSpace, click "View" next to that Submission
6. I can see the metadata and file. Click "Download" link and the file downloads
My best guess is that either you are running an older version of DSpace where this bug exists, or maybe you are doing something different than I am. If you can find a way to reproduce this issue on our Demo Site, then I'd recommend creating a bug ticket at
https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/issues We'd then look for a volunteer to solve the issue.
