Enable subscription on collection to receive updates when new item is added XMLUI DSpace 6.2

Dear DSpace Colleagues,

I would like to enable subscribe to this collection on XMLUI interface, I have enabled it on JSPUI  but our default interface is XMLUI, in dspace.cfg I have uncommented this xmlui.user.registration=true but register to collection is only visible on JSPUI interface only. See attached image showing subscribe on JSPUI.

Your assistance is appreciated.

Hi Lewatle,

I could be wrong here, but I don't think collection subscriptions are advertised on collection homepages in XMLUI, the way they are in JSPUI.

But normally, the possibility to subscribe to collections in XMLUI should be available from /profile

http://demo.dspace.org/xmlui/profile

Thanks a lot, yes I found subscribe under URL/profile on xmlui, for now I will let my users to subscribe using it.
