Similar question about SWORD servicedocument on DSpace 9.2

Hello,

I have httpd 2.4.x and tomcat 10.x using dspace 9.2. When I type 

curl -i --user lib-...@udel.edu https://xxxxxxxxx.udel.edu/server/sword/servicedocument
Enter host password for user 'lib-...@udel.edu':

I got this error:

This used to work. I assigned the lib-xxx user the appropriate permissions (submitter and admin group for SWORD deposit). Now, I have no idea what went wrong.
