Hey,I'm wondering if you can help with changing localhost:8080 tomy ip address so that anyone can access the resources i provide i went to dspace folder and to the dspace config file and changed the local host to my ip address but i'm still using the local host how can i fix this?

You probably need to change your tomcat settings, they're usually in
~tomcat/conf/server.xml but it depends on your platform etc.
