Intermittent 500 error

Hello,

I have a working 7.6 production server.

But sometimes (pretty often recently) there's a 500 Service Unavailable error.

I check the /server url, it seems to work OK.

I restart solr, pm2, tomcat - still this error. I reboot the server - the error is gone.

If I middle click to the top left logo and open a few instances in new tabs - some of them load OK, some of them have 500 error.

The server load is very low, like 0.5.

I looked to the browser console. There are some errors, attached.

Please help eliminate this problem!

I forgot to mention that nothing pops out in the logs.

Usually it is a sign of a communication issue between the User Interface and Backend (REST API).   You may want to double check the configs as described there.  If it's intermittent, it could even be a networking issue, or possibly a misconfigured firewall or proxy which is blocking some requests from the UI to reach the REST API.
