authoritation to delete an item

Hello all !

In order to be considered a secure repository we need 2 people to control and  authorize the deletion of an item or collection.

It seems that this feature does not come by default with DSpace.

Does anyone know if we can define a workflow to have an item deleted if 2 people approve that action.
