DSpace 7.6.4 showing 'No licenses available' for CCL

Hello,

We are suddenly noting Creative Commons License drop down is showing 'No licenses available'. I am informed it was working last week.

Setting for API URL is
cc.api.rooturl = https://api.creativecommons.org/rest/1.5

Has anyone experienced the issue and how did they resolve it?

Hi Nason,

Try restarting Tomcat. 

The Creative Commons API was down yesterday, and it’s possible the license list is incorrectly cached. Restarting Tomcat should refresh and update it.
