Translate input-forms.xml and default.license in XMLUI

Hello,

 

Is it possible to translate input-forms.xml and default.license in XMLUI (DSpace 5.5) ?

I went through https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC5x/Localization+L10n#LocalizationL10n-XMLUIspecificlocalization

but wanted to cross-check whether input-forms.xml is translatable in the form of input-forms_<locale>.xml.

Same questions goes for default.license.
