Book reader dspace 6.3

Dear all,

   We have migrated from Dspace 5.6 to 6.3. In our theme there was a book reader but now with the new version it doesn't work anymore.

I'm trying to modify the item-view.xsl file to add this plugin but without success.

I wonder if someone have installed a bookreader on 6.3 and could help.
