Hello,
Creating new tables and endpoints is only possible if you know how to edit the underlying source code of DSpace. Even then, you would need an extremely good understanding of the existing code to make sure you don’t break anything (and to be able to maintain it through future upgrades). Since you’re asking if it’s possible, I suspect you don’t have that expertise, so in that case it wouldn’t be possible for you.
