Embargo Until specific data:

Good day,

I have recently upgraded from Dspace 5.5 to version 6.3. When clicking on Edit Bitstream, the input box is greyed out for Embargo date setter and shows the message 

Embargo until specific date:

xmlui.administrative.authorization.AccessStep.label_date_displayonly_help

Please can someone assist with this. It is supposed to show and display a pop up where you can set the date.

Embargo until specific date:

The first day from which access is allowed. Accepted format: yyyy, yyyy-mm, yyyy-mm-dd
