LDAP-LOGIN BLANK PAGE

Hi,

i configure ldap authentication and works fine, but few day ago the users can´t connect to LDAP in th log all appears like good, but when uthenticate througt login page, passes to blank page with no error

Any idea?

here is the debug from this error and appears like the user has been created, but after that appears like Found Identifiers empty:
