Importing old Solr Statistics with integer ids instead of uuids for items

Hello all,

We have about a year's worth of Solr Statistics from 2013 to 2014 stored in csv files.  The owningitem ids are all integers.  Is there any way to convert integer ids into uuids so we can upload these to our Solr?
