[7.6 Error] When accepting an item

We created the Community->Collection->Item.
The item is created!!!
But we need to APPROVE the item for it to appear in the collection.
WE APPROVED the item to be accepted, but it simply does not work, the item does not appear in the collection and remains on the list as if pending approval.

Note: We are using the same user (Administrator) for everything, creating the item and approving it.
