DSpace 7.6.1 Frontend UI not showing the sidebar sub menu items

Dear All,

We recently installed the DSpace 7.6.1 backend and frontend on Ubuntu 22.04. It was creating community and collection also, but suddenly yesterday onwards, after the login in the DSpace frontend UI, it was not showing the sidebar sub menu items (such as New-> Community, Collection, etc.).

After login the Frontend UI, will be redirect like wise, 

http://192.168.222.113:4000/reload/1706592542940?redirect=%2Fhome

It was check the our browser Developer tools --> console tab also, but not list any error notification. 

Does anyone have a suggestion or how to resolve this issue?

Hi,

If the menu is not working properly or not displaying properly, that would imply an error is occurring either in the frontend or in the backend.  Use our troubleshooting guide to look for errors in either place.  https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Troubleshoot+an+error#Troubleshootanerror-DSpace7.x(orabove)

It's important to locate the underlying error to find a quick solution.  If you cannot find issues in the DevTools of your browser, then it is possible that there is a backend error (in the DSpace logs or similar) which is causing the issue to occur.
