Kubrick Theme customisation

Hello,

I installed Kubrick Theme on my dspace ver 6.3 installation and running fine. I want to customise the default  (theme text content). I edited the Kubrick.xsl file and saved the changes.

I restarted the tomcat server. The changes are not visible on the home page. The page still shows the same footer contents ( default text). What is issue. Plz guide me if something is ommitted or not.
