Dear All,

Please assist, I have former colleague who was submitter on our Institutional Repository "DSpace6.2" now she is still receiving request copy emails from students for the items she has submitted. I have removed her from submitters and the only group she is left with it is anonymous even on this group she still receives the requests, I would like to disable request copy so that it could stop emailing this former submitter.

Regards,
Lewatle

Hello Lewatle,

you can disable request copy for all items or just certain types.
Furthermore if you enable it you can define a mail address to which
requests will go rather than the submitter
see
https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC6x/Request+a+Copy#RequestaCopy-Configurationparameters

Hope this helps
