Browse by issue date stuck at 2015

Hello, 

We are using DSpace 8.1 , when click "All of DSpace" select "Browse by issue date" , it will only show the year ends with 2015 . We do have a lot of items beyond this date. screenshot attached , any idea ?

Btw , the oldest date shows in dropdown menu is 1800 , stop at 2015 . if I manually change the url to xxx/browse/dateissued?bbm.page=1&startsWith=2016 , it does show items in 2016

Finally I figured it out , one item has dataissued metadata value as :2015/7/1  , which break the code and the dropdown menu stuck in 2015. once that is fixed to 2015-07-01 , it shows all the years.
