Hello

We upgraded to DSpace 7.6.3 but the author still does not have the ORCID badge. According to the instructions https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/pull/3346
"In order to show the ORCID logo, an author should have at least the person.identifier.orcid metadata set."

Here is an example record of a Person Entity with a valid person.identifier.orcid

Here is the Publication that should have an ORCID badge but doesn't

Could you please help?

Thanks,
Tuan

Bumping this. Did anyone got ORCID badge to display? I have been searching for a long time and I can't find any information on this topic.

Hi Tuan,

I took a very brief look.  To me, it looks like your "Relationships" between the Entities aren't acting properly.  Usually, on the Publication page, the *Person* Entity (for the related Authors) will be hyperlinked.  Yours is *not* hyperlinked.  This implies to me that the relationship between your Publication and Person is somehow not working properly.   You could try to remove that relationship and recreate it.  You also could try reindexing (./dspace index-discovery -b).

I'd also recommend looking for possible errors that may be occurring in your backend logs or in the User Interface layer.  See our troubleshooting guide for details: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Troubleshoot+an+error#Troubleshootanerror-DSpace7.x(orabove)

Hopefully that helps give you some clues,
Tim
